Sales person was great. She went out of her way to get me in a Kia. I felt pressured to take the extra warranty which whenever I think about it makes me upset because I felt taken advantage of under my circumstances of losing my husband. Very disappointed. The service department was great as well. I changed my mind. I only want to give 4 stars. NOT 5. Sorry Denise
