This is my third experience with Sherwood Park Kia and as the other two visits were, this one too, was great.
Just took delivery of our new Sorento ! Sales staff were very friendly and educated on the many features of this new vehicle. Thanks to Manny for all he did for us. Our very limited experience with Parts and Service departments was far above what we have encountered at various other dealerships in our 50+ years of driving! Keep up the good work ! The one negative was with Kia Canada in not keeping us informed of delivery delays. Our promised delivery of a factory order went from 2-6 weeks to over 4 months ! Would have b... read more
