Nothing can cause anxiety to a senior than a punctured Tire... Sherwood Kia (Tanya) was able to fit my Kia Sorento in that morning in spite of their busy schedule on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. I drove in, Ryan processed the check in, and everything was completed within an hour. Fast, efficient oil change
Service staff were friendly and provided good customer service. Received my vehicle back when requested. Received a follow up call as well. Great experience overall and better than other locations.
I was scheduled for appointment mat 10 am. I brought vehicle in at 8 am because of a commitment I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to the dealership and my vehicle work was completed. Thanks.
Friendly, knowledgeable, patient
I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and received the shuttle service to work which was really convenient. I called around 2:00 pm to get an update on my car and my car wasn’t in the shop yet, which I found strange because I was the first one to drop my car off. Other than that everything went great! I like using Sherwood Kia for all my car needs. Good customer service and friendly staff members
