Always great service. I did my Costco shopping while my winter tires were being installed. The driver dropped me off at the store, they called to keep me in loop as to the time my car would be done and when it was ready a driver picked me up and helped me with my groceries. Friendly staff. Thank you all at Sherwood Park Kia Service department.
All of the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to visit with the staff while my car is being serviced. My 2005 Kia Magentis has been passed down to our grandson and he is loving it, so easy on gas.
My 2011 Sorento was scheduled for Tie-Rods replacement and at the same time, swap in the Winter tires on October 10, 2019. Meagan at Sherwood Kia had informed me of the importance of the tie-rods, especially for safety reasons. Oh, am I glad it was done. Now the Sorento goes so smoothly. The two tasks took longer than expected and Meagan asked if I would like a rental car. That’s so professional, and top notch customer service. Thank you Meagan, and the rest of Sherwood Kia team ie Ryan, Tonga, Brandi.
