My 2011 Sorento was scheduled for Tie-Rods replacement and at the same time, swap in the Winter tires on October 10, 2019. Meagan at Sherwood Kia had informed me of the importance of the tie-rods, especially for safety reasons. Oh, am I glad it was done. Now the Sorento goes so smoothly. The two tasks took longer than expected and Meagan asked if I would like a rental car. That’s so professional, and top notch customer service. Thank you Meagan, and the rest of Sherwood Kia team ie Ryan, Tonga, Brandi.

Wow what can I say? Absolutely refreshing experience in all things car sales. Immediately warmly greeted by Cassidee and then Kim. Right away I felt like I was being listened to and not forced into anything I didn't need or want.
