Always excellent service
I was greeted by Valerie. She was very pleasant and efficient. Bill makes the shuttle ride a good experience. As usual there was something else needed so the service took longer than expected. So far I'm pleased with what was done. I was a bit surprised that a 75 kilometre road check was necessary. Over all I'm happy with the service and enjoy dealing with the staff.
From my initial call to the sevice dept (Valarie) to the work being done, all was great.

I have been a customer of Sherwood Kia for close to 15 years and have purchased several cars through them. The service team is excellent and are always professional taking the time to explain the repairs. This last visit really made my day. They called me to say my car was ready and I told them I would be there as soon as I got a cab. I was told to hold on and that the courtesy driver would be leaving right away to pick me up. Vehicle had leak in a few times to locate was a power steering pump. Service manage Ivan located problem ordered parts and had it fixed!
