I drove up for my appointment (just an oil change) and Meagan immediately arranged everything and showed me to the waiting area. Told me to help myself to coffee, or whatever. I sat down and about 1/2 hr later Meagan was back saying everything was done and my car had been washed as well. Meagan is always very attentive and helpful.

I was pleased that the dealership repaired my vehicle as an extension of the previous maintenance that I had done a week prior, without charge to me. Megan offered me a rental as well, which I accepted, and it helped to give me the least amount of interruption to my schedule. I felt at ease dealing with Megan. She is an asset to the company.
