My experience was good.
Great service
From the minute I drove in to the minute I drove out I have excellent service. Tanya went out of her way to make sure anything I ask was dealt with. I ask for the windows to be cleaned on the inside and she got right to it. On the walk around the vehicle she told me she would touch up the scrape I had on the back side panel. When I asked about the dried on bugs she explained they washed the car twice but some of the bugs they could just not get off. When i looked there were maybe 5 of 6 left which was no big deal. Cassidy did a great job with her low stress, low pressure, high value, high service sales strategy. We walked in just looking and walked out with a great deal on a 2019 KIA Sorento. Kit went the extra mile searching through stock lists and phoning around to find us exactly the make and colour that we wanted saving us having to pay shipping from Vancouver. First oil change on my 2020 Soul. I unfortunately arrived about 20 minutes late to my appointment and they still could do my car. They also told me that my back hatch piece was in stock and they would be replacing it but I advised I wouldn't be able to stay longer than an hour and I couldn't leave my car. The nice surprise was it was all done in a hour! Once again...they come through. Great people at this dealership.
