From the friendly reception to closing the deal on the purchase of our new Kia Sorento the service was excellent. The very accomodating, low pressure atmosphere left us relaxed to make a very major purchase. We love our new Kia and a big thanks to John, Jennifer and Kiat.

We live in Edmonton but we bring our vehicle here every time the customer service is great as soon as the service
I drove up for my appointment (just an oil change) and Meagan immediately arranged everything and showed me to the waiting area. Told me to help myself to coffee, or whatever. I sat down and about 1/2 hr later Meagan was back saying everything was done and my car had been washed as well. Meagan is always very attentive and helpful.
we live in Edmonton and we come to the Sherwood Park Kia because of the excellent friendly service and the staff treat us like valued customers we will always come back.
I was pleased that the dealership repaired my vehicle as an extension of the previous maintenance that I had done a week prior, without charge to me. Megan offered me a rental as well, which I accepted, and it helped to give me the least amount of interruption to my schedule. I felt at ease dealing with Megan. She is an asset to the company. Great service
From the minute I drove in to the minute I drove out I have excellent service. Tanya went out of her way to make sure anything I ask was dealt with. I ask for the windows to be cleaned on the inside and she got right to it. On the walk around the vehicle she told me she would touch up the scrape I had on the back side panel. When I asked about the dried on bugs she explained they washed the car twice but some of the bugs they could just not get off. When i looked there were maybe 5 of 6 left which was no big deal.
