Nothing can cause anxiety to a senior than a punctured Tire... Sherwood Kia (Tanya) was able to fit my Kia Sorento in that morning in spite of their busy schedule on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. I drove in, Ryan processed the check in, and everything was completed within an hour. Thank you for taking care of my Sorento.....and my ‘health’....as that day, I was able to accomplish my tasks for the day. 👏 Good job 👍 Sherwood Kia.
Fast, efficient oil change
Service staff were friendly and provided good customer service. Received my vehicle back when requested. Received a follow up call as well. Great experience overall and better than other locations.
I was scheduled for appointment mat 10 am. I brought vehicle in at 8 am because of a commitment I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to the dealership and my vehicle work was completed. Thanks.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and received the shuttle service to work which was really convenient. I called around 2:00 pm to get an update on my car and my car wasn’t in the shop yet, which I found strange because I was the first one to drop my car off. Other than that everything went great! I like using Sherwood Kia for all my car needs. Good customer service and friendly staff members
