Cassidy did a great job with her low stress, low pressure, high value, high service sales strategy. We walked in just looking and walked out with a great deal on a 2019 KIA Sorento. Kit went the extra mile searching through stock lists and phoning around to find us exactly the make and colour that we wanted saving us having to pay shipping from Vancouver. First oil change on my 2020 Soul. I unfortunately arrived about 20 minutes late to my appointment and they still could do my car. They also told me that my back hatch piece was in stock and they would be replacing it but I advised I wouldn't be able to stay longer than an hour and I couldn't leave my car. The nice surprise was it was all done in a hour! Once again...they come through. Great people at this dealership.

I drove in, Ryan processed the check in, and everything was completed within an hour.
