Exceptional service rendered by the engaging girls at the Service Desk and with Neil as an advisor. I can say with certainty that they all went above and beyond to accommodate me on my same day request and educate me in response to my numerous questions. My household is exclusively Nissan. Not because there aren’t other options; but because feel-good loyalty and comfort is found with these folks long after the purchase experience has come and gone. This part only lasts a day or two. The service teams acumen is where we often draw most of our perceptions around the quality of a dealer as the vendor/customer relationship tends to last much longer. Sherwood Nissan has got this right in my estimation. A 10/10. It is without question that they will put their best foot forward to ensure customer satisfaction.
