I question whether BBB has a system to verify its reviews as I can't believe that this company got so many positive reviews. We had a really bad experience with them, including false promises made. While Ship Your Car Now (SYCN) very quickly connected us with an auto transport firm to ship our 2 cars from Louisiana to Oregon, SYCN is just a middle-man, and everything fell apart from there. This is the worst experience I have ever had... The company claims to be great and couldn't stop speaking about how great they were... We should have known better. Over the phone we were told one price and then they sent my wife an invoice to sign that was only showing one direction of the scheduled transport. When we called to schedule the return pickup from our long west coast vacation they told us the charge was for each direction as we signed. This was an expensive learning experience. 6reviews 7/21/2017 I moved from Odessa, TX to Granbury, approximately 300 miles; part of the move was my 3 'toy cars'. Reached out over the internet for quotes about a month ahead of our move and got at least a dozen replies. They quoted me a price of $850 to ship a car from CA to TX. They could not find a truck to pick up the car for a week after the designated date. I offered to drive the car somewhere more convenient where it could be picked up. They told me they had places where I could drop off the car in San Francisco. I drove it about an hour so it could be picked up. 5 days later it was picked up and the towing company called to tell me I owed them a $450 storage charge. I contacted jay he told me he could get my car shipped in a matter of a few days I was leery as I had contacted a different company who had a carrier that could do the job I told them to get it done paid the deposit waited for the carrier was promised the car would be picked up the date and time changed several times in the end it never happened everything jay told me happened when he told me it would happen carrier stayed in contact with me during the delivery

Out of 5, I will give 2 stars for my recent shipment from IL to CA. I have known for sure that I way overpaid. I paid $1500 for my shipment. My initial pick-up date was a Friday, and I waited and waited, nothing happened. I acquired the information that my pick-up will be tomorrow after I called them. Saturday, nothing, and so did Sunday, Monday.. I placed my order expedited, and the agent quite understood my need, but yet, my pick-up was postponed DAY BY DAY! **** **** is a very rude person!! I would never do business with this company again!!! Sorry there is no zero to rate this company. Didn't stick to original agreement. No communication with upper management ******* ** The other manager ******* ** said he would suspend Sean for four days that never happened! very disappointing I had to ask status of my shipment! This was my first time dealing with a transporter company. Bad Experience, Do not ship with these guys if you care about your shipment getting to you on time, i tried to contact the driver to find out regrading the ETA of my shipment and all I got was attitude!!!!!!! The management wasn't helpful either, I do understand that giving the circumstances the delays are unavoidable but customer service and being respectful to your clients is a different issue all together!!!!
