The worst shipping broker you will ever deal with. They sweet talk their professionalism and once they charge you, they become very poor in their communication. No responses. They sent inexperienced driver to pick up my car from an auction, and the driver fought with the people and left without taking the car and I got charged for that from the auction! Do not use them!

The overall experience was poor. The front end was okay and cheerful. The back end was terrible, promises were not kept delivery was late and communications went downhill in a hurry.

First of all, the guy who picked up my car was abrasive, rude, impatient and unfriendly. He acted like it was a huge imposition for him to do his job! When he took my car everything worked as I'd just had it at the garage 2 days before to make sure it was ready for transport! Yet when I got it delivered, the key fob and door locks wouldnt work! I worked with Jay W, and all was well with the initial process and returning calls. However, when the car did not make the ship to go to Hawaii on time, no call backs and nothing until an email that the car was ready for pick up. Poor service once deal done.

First, the person I spoke to flat out **** to me, telling me that they were NOT a broker, when in the fine print of the contract it clearly says they are a broker. He assured me the car would be transported by HIS company - and then the day of the pickup up I was contacted by "King Haulers" who said they were coming to pick up my car. The car was bumped around being loaded onto the flatbed using a very short, steep ramp, scraping the back bumper and bottom of the car. They couldn't get ahold of the third party driver to tell me the status of when my car would be delivered when it was in route to the destination. The phone number they gave me to "be in contact with the driver through the whole process" rang forever and went straight to voicemail every single time. When I called my rep, he didn't know what to do either and kept telling me he'd "call me back once he knew"... I guess 5 days AFTER my car was delivered was when he heard something because that's when he finally called to follow ... read more

It was a terrible experience. The agent totally dropped the ball. We were not informed of weight and loading restrictions. The vehicle was held up in transit partly due to these factors. Multiple phone calls from our end to initial agent were of no consequence. We finally got in contact with the third party who actually had the vehicle. Not only did it take twice as long to get there and missed the prearranged pickup rendezvous, but it cost an extra $2000 plus to get it to the destination.

They pulled the car up crooked and we had to pay 200$ to an outside tow company to get the car back on the trailer correctly. Driver did not follow the request to leave the keys for all 3 cars in one car and lock it. We had to pay to get one car opened up that was locked shut with the keys in it.
