Absolutely terrible! I contact the competition (Ship your car Direct) for a quote and as well this company and both of them gave me a quote. Then when the Direct company gave me a better deal, this company Ship your Car Now kept calling and contacting me for business even though I did not want it. Spoke to Jody D. from Ship Your Car Now for a quote for transporting my boyfriend's car. He quoted me almost $400 more than his associate (Rich) quoted my boyfriend during a previous conversation. Then he tried to bully me into accepting his quote while he bad-mouthed his associate. When I told him no because I felt he had no integrity, he put my boyfriend's car on the board to keep us from getting other fair quotes from other companies. Worst company every! Please beware of any company that ask you pay in full prior to delivery. I am a military veteran and their professionalism and the way that Mr. ******* *******, Office Manager and ***** ********* cursed us was extremely unprofessional. Hired this company to deliver a brand new car from New York to Arkansas. The car delivery was delayed several days, but this company did absolutely nothing to help, when I call them they would only say "This is the phone number of the driver" and rather than doing something themselves (who I have hired) had me dealing directly with the driver. A real DISASTER hiring this company. 3 months delayed in getting an RV from Jacksonville (FL) to San Antonio, Chile, South America. They gave me inaccurate information and were negligent in handling the transfer documentation. I even had to hire lawyers. The rate was higher than the competition. Bad decision.
I question whether BBB has a system to verify its reviews as I can't believe that this company got so many positive reviews. We had a really bad experience with them, including false promises made. While Ship Your Car Now (SYCN) very quickly connected us with an auto transport firm to ship our 2 cars from Louisiana to Oregon, SYCN is just a middle-man, and everything fell apart from there.
