I shipped my car with SYCN and received it damaged, tank empty and +370 miles on the odometer. They selected a carrier that was fraudulent and let them use my car 6 days long and put 370 miles on it. The best part is, although SYCN contracted them, they say I need to deal directly with this fraudulent company to try to get aby kind of compensation. Bottom line: SYCN will select the cheapest possible contractors and leave you alone dealing with the consequences of their choices.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. Long story short, when it finally came time pick up my vehicle, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Their office was completely unresponsive when I needed them and they promised that the driver would call me but didn't give me driver details. So I was stuck having to find last minute transportation through another company. Worst company around! I wish I could give negative stars. I unfortunately used ShipYourCarNow for my recent move from FL-MA. Moving is stressful enough without working with these guys! Once my car finally arrived it was beyond damaged, scratches down to the base coat on the hood, roof, sides, I honestly don't know even how this damaged could have been caused, highlights a true lack of care. We did 3 different loads for tem and after the first week we contacted them to see why we have not received payment, they assured us they would send it out soon, by the 3rd week still had not received a payment, the agreement they gave us way (quick pay within 2 business days, we have called may time at one point was told they checks have been sent the day before and called yesterday 3 Days after and was told they where printing up checks day before again, I notified them yesterday that they where in breach of contract. I contacted this company to transport a vehicle across the country. They indicated that they could meet my turn time and sent me an electronic contract. After not hearing the details I contacted them to get the specifics. I was assured that it would be picked up on the date I requested. Absolutely terrible! I contact the competition (Ship your car Direct) for a quote and as well this company and both of them gave me a quote. Then when the Direct company gave me a better deal, this company Ship your Car Now kept calling and contacting me for business even though I did not want it. Spoke to Jody D. from Ship Your Car Now for a quote for transporting my boyfriend's car. He quoted me almost $400 more than his associate (Rich) quoted my boyfriend during a previous conversation. Then he tried to bully me into accepting his quote while he bad-mouthed his associate. When I told him no because I felt he had no integrity, he put my boyfriend's car on the board to keep us from getting other fair quotes from other companies.
