This was my first time dealing with a transporter company. Bad Experience, Do not ship with these guys if you care about your shipment getting to you on time, i tried to contact the driver to find out regrading the ETA of my shipment and all I got was attitude!!!!!!! The management wasn't helpful either, I do understand that giving the circumstances the delays are unavoidable but customer service and being respectful to your clients is a different issue all together!!!!
used them to have my car transported well the car never arrived and is now missing and this company has no means of contacting this so called transport company they assigned I now have to file stolen rpt and they hold no claim to this incident I would never ever use this company they dont keep track of your car while in transport they used a comapny that s on the bbb as bad they used them cause they have insurance they have no concern to who they use and now I'm left with no assistance from this company they hold no liablilt... read more
I signed a contract with this company in December 14th after having been told that they would get my car transported from Colorado to Georgia by the first week in January. I waited and waited and didn't hear back from them so I called and was told they still didn't have a carrier and kept giving me excuses that this is a bad time of the year to get a car moved.
