I love Showbiz and I'm sad I'll be leaving Houston soon, so I won't get to visit it as often. It reminds me a lot of my favorite movie theater back at home, Regal. Showbiz is a small theater but it offers all the comforts you would need. Reclining chairs, friendly service, and a helpful staff. Love showbiz in Kingwood great place and staff is awesome they are so helpful very clean and manger is so awesome very Polite and it looks like he is on top of everything that has to do with Showbiz will be going back
Reading some of the petty comments on here sparked me into writing my own and you decide if it rates a one star or five star. This occured over 5 years ago at this theater. My wife and I settled in for a good movie one afternoon. The theater was clean but was only about 10% full. Great movie theater, clean facility and friendly staff. The seats are not as comfortable as other theaters as far as reclining goes, theaters are pretty small therefore less people and more showtimes.
The SDX theatre is awesome. It is a great screen for action movies. They did switch to assigned seating which now excludes a last minute decision to go to a movie
It was really nice. I loved that I could have an adult drink during the movie! The only thing I did not like is the seats were so close together. I haven't experienced this at a theater in years.
This a big clean theater in kingwood , Texas. My husband and I went there on Saturday the 23rd of March for the first time . We saw Captive State , okay movie , the prices are a little high , but the seats are comfy, matinee tickets are $6.00 a person until 6:00 pm then of course the goes up . No idea if they have senior or military discounts for evening movies . But it is a really nice theater . If you buy the souvenir bucket for $7.99 and take it with you when you go back you can get your popcorn for $3.59 as a refill . ... read more
The SDX theater is great! This location isn't as busy as some others nearby and is good to come for a quiet night out. Service has always been friendly enough and it's easy to retrieve tickets purchased in advance.
