This a big clean theater in kingwood , Texas. My husband and I went there on Saturday the 23rd of March for the first time . We saw Captive State , okay movie , the prices are a little high , but the seats are comfy, matinee tickets are $6.00 a person until 6:00 pm then of course the goes up . No idea if they have senior or military discounts for evening movies . But it is a really nice theater . If you buy the souvenir bucket for $7.99 and take it with you when you go back you can get your popcorn for $3.59 as a refill . ... read more
The SDX theater is great! This location isn't as busy as some others nearby and is good to come for a quiet night out. Service has always been friendly enough and it's easy to retrieve tickets purchased in advance.
We always come to this location when we want to catch a good movie...most of the time when we come it's never too busy...the concession stand area is normally clean during their big rush...and the seats in the theater section are nice and comfortable

The chairs were very comfortable in the SDX theater. I was expecting an almost orgasmic sound experience but have several friends with far superior home theaters. If you love to go to movies, this place was clean, comfortable, and quite. It just seems to me that the modern movie theater has outlived its usefulness. Still giving five stars because the theater was very clean, quite, and comfortable
Nice theater. Always clean. $5.94 matinee tickets. Reusable popcorn bucket and drink cup saves lots of money throughout the year. Only issue I've had is that sometimes the fountain drinks taste bad. Flat or just funky. But they've always happily replaced my drink with something else.
I love this little movie theater. So close to home and it has all you need. Snacks, booze, comfy seats and all the latest movie releases. No one under 16 allowed without an adult is nice! I appreciate it because i have been to other theaters where kids are dropped off and left alone to act a fool.
My favorite local movie theater! You can get some cheaper ticket prices if you go early on the weekends, and the concessions are always well stocked. I love that they serve hot food as well as beer and wine for those so inclined. The movies are always new releases, and I have yet to have a bad experience.
Zac and Gavin deserve a raise that was the greatest service I have ever gotten. 12/10 -Logan & Tyler
