Disgusting. People have very low standards if they give this place anything other than the "required" 1 star. I will be going to Cinemark in New Caney until the upholstery has been replaced. It's worth the drive.

Most of the seats are too old and torn apart. The filler inside the chairs fell out. They need to be reupholstered.

Disgusting, seat upholstery was worn out years ago. Tray tables broken. Deferred maintenance is evident everywhere you look!

The seating is very old and worn, some seats have large tears in them. Some of the theaters smell funny. Most of the staff are good. We Like Noah, he always has a good atitude. I PERSONLY would not goi if it wasn't for my wife, whom enjoys going to the movies. For the money I FEEL THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO GO.

Was there on 7 Aug to see "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and my first reaction was "what the hell happened?" I used to go here quite a bit up until about a year ago and I always had such a good experience. Not the case this time. The employee behind the counter just looked like she didn't want to be there. The CHAIRS!!!!! The seats are disgusting and need to be replaced. My family went on Saturday and could not enjoy ourselves from thinking something may crawl on us from the busted up seats we were sitting in. Seat cushions coming out!! Just Gross!!!!! Prices for tickets and food should cover replacing chairs in the auditoriums. Sadly it wasn't just ours seats but all the seats and not just in the adutorium we were in.

Pretty bad experience. Arrived at 6:55 for a movie starting at that time. Figured we would grab some snacks and be done in 10 min, bypassing the credits. Wrong. There was one person manning the counter for at least 10 groups in line. People were ordering hot food only to find out none of it was ready - we were some of those people. It took 35 minutes to get some mini corn dogs and fries. We missed more than the credits but a chunk of the movie, too. My family and I have been coming to this theatre for years. Unfortunately not sure we will ever order food from here again though. My little daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza and watched Moana 2. She bit into the pizza only to get a metal screw in her mouth she had to spit out. I brought it back to the counter and the girl didn't give me a refund but just handed me a popcorn. What the heck!?!

Wow it's been a while since we came here. The seats were so uncomfortable, it feels like you're sitting on metal and they are so worn out that all the faux leather is pealing. Please get new recliners!!! This was in theater 7. Not sure if the other theaters have newer recliners.
