Excellent customer service. They have made the purchase process seamless. *** *
Originally I had some hiccups (wrong silencer put into the order by the company) and miscommunications (photo details are unclear, lack of information on product out of stock v. When it will be back in, etc.) that occurred over the first week. In one 30 minute phone call session with another sales rep, everything was rectified and submitted. Paperwork went through in less than two days at the local and national level. The only reason for four stars is the initial mess-up.
Had a great first time experience buying from them. Definitely will be buying more!

5 Stars. This is my 2nd suppressor form Silencer Central and the entire E-file process has been streamlined. My application took only 1 day to get to the ATF and the ATF processing time is less than a week. Couldn't ask for more!

This is my first time dealing with this company to purchase a suppressor. The process has been outstandingly straightforward; They do take care of all the paperwork in a very timely manner, and that part of the process which requires your input, i.e., picture, fingerprints, and electronic signature, is thoroughly explained, and they provide the necessary materials where required, the fingerprint cards and ink pad. They come very highly recommended by me based on my actual experience dealing with them.
