Customer service was quick to resolve a shipping address error - same day. I had put the wrong street address when I ordered a barrel threading. I also am waiting on my first suppressor. The paper work was very simple, basically like buying a firearm, but online. I received emails telling me what the next step was in the process and they explained the process quite simply. A very efficient business. I will be ordering from them again.

Great experience from start to shipping. The model they have created made the purchase of a silencer very easy even though the government process is detailed. When I needed to contact the company to continue the government paperwork, the representative was knowledgeable and kind and answered in a timely manner.
