Great company. Although you can work with a live person for assistance, I used their website to shop, order and complete governmental paperwork without the need to talk to anyone there. Don't be in a hurry, as delays will be from the government processes, not Silencer Central. Good overall experience and top notch products.

Their website is easy to use and find the product you need. And they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. As soon as they received my fingerprints they contacted me and I finished my paperwork. Within an hour the ATF emailed me that my application was being processed.
