Customer service was quick to resolve a shipping address error - same day. I had put the wrong street address when I ordered a barrel threading. I also am waiting on my first suppressor. The paper work was very simple, basically like buying a firearm, but online. I received emails telling me what the next step was in the process and they explained the process quite simply. Great experience from start to shipping. The model they have created made the purchase of a silencer very easy even though the government process is detailed.
