Originally I had some hiccups (wrong silencer put into the order by the company) and miscommunications (photo details are unclear, lack of information on product out of stock v. When it will be back in, etc.) that occurred over the first week. In one 30 minute phone call session with another sales rep, everything was rectified and submitted. Paperwork went through in less than two days at the local and national level. The only reason for four stars is the initial mess-up.
