Customer service was quick to resolve a shipping address error - same day. I had put the wrong street address when I ordered a barrel threading. I also am waiting on my first suppressor. The paper work was very simple, basically like buying a firearm, but online. I received emails telling me what the next step was in the process and they explained the process quite simply.
