I have purchased a couple items from Silencer Central and every time the customer service has been very professional and informative, they are always very through in explaining and answering all my questions. Silencer Central is my choice for Suppressers, they handle all the paperwork, great customer service, and good prices.
1st time buyer of a suppressor and I couldnt be happier! The entire process was extremely easy and silencer central walked me through every step. As far as the actual product, I have nothing guy great things to say across the board.
They set the industry standard for a "One Shop Does All" and outside of some state requirements their timetables are spot on. For my first (of 6) they called and walked me through the process, which took maybe 15 minutes, my latest (Currently in ATF Review) took 10 minutes from purchasing, up-loading a current passport style photo (1st was sent 3 years ago), going onto eForm and completing ATF forms, to e-signing and 5 minutes after doing all that I received notification the clock had started on my states 7 day waiting perio... read more
Great options, service and helpful are a few things that come to mind. This company can not control the *** wait time, but do a great job of keeping you informed of progress.
I bought my first suppressor over 6 years ago from Silencer Central. Even with the old paper and tax stamp days days it was easy as pie. Now with the tax stamp gone and the *** eForms working with these guys is even simpler. Lets just say there will be more purchases coming and it will be through Silencer Central.
The process was easy. Just had to answer some questions and then they drafted the forms for me and all I had to do is verify and make sure everything was good to submit.
Amazing company to work with made my process effortless! Definitely be back for more business.
Anybody that give Silencer Central less than 5 stars must've just been having a bad day. Or they have no patience. lol This is my 4th can from them and it seems to get better with time. The process is much more user friendly and quick! If you've already purchased from them before, your prints are on file, so no need to do that again.
