My hygienist, Jen, always does an amazing job. Dr. Sim takes such great care to explain everything thoroughly. I really appreciate his more conservative approach - meaning I never leave his office feeling like I've been talked into a lot of dental work that might not actually be necessary. Also, I absolutely love the front desk staff. All across the board, I experienced great customer service!
I love Sim Family Dental. My children and I have been going here since before it became Sim Family Dental. And just this year my granddaughter had her first appointment at the age of 2. I can’t begin to tell how special they made her first experience. She absolutely loved it. If you want somewhere that feels like family, this is your place. Give them a try. I promise you will want to come back again.
They had big shoes to fill. I moved from out of state and had seen the same dentist for 17 years. I immediately felt like this was the dentist for me! The lady that works the front des is very friendly. She takes time to answer your questions and make sure that you don’t need anything else. The hygienists are great! I've been a patient for many years. Dr Sim always is most pleasant and takes time to explain as needed. I appreciate that he and team have taken time to know me personally. I do not hesitate to recommend him when asked by friends and relatives.
The dental hygienist was very gentle and caring as she cleaned my teeth. The atmosphere was great – the history channel was playing, which one is which is one of my favorites. Dr Sims was very caring and gentle.

Dr. Sim is a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. The implant he did for me is perfect, unlike the one I had by another dentist before I found Dr. Sim. The staff is very friendly and the hygienists are the best!
