They had big shoes to fill. I moved from out of state and had seen the same dentist for 17 years. I immediately felt like this was the dentist for me! The lady that works the front des is very friendly. She takes time to answer your questions and make sure that you don’t need anything else. The hygienists are great! I've been a patient for many years. Dr Sim always is most pleasant and takes time to explain as needed. I appreciate that he and team have taken time to know me personally. I do not hesitate to recommend him when asked by friends and relatives.
The dental hygienist was very gentle and caring as she cleaned my teeth. The atmosphere was great – the history channel was playing, which one is which is one of my favorites. Dr Sims was very caring and gentle.

Welcoming helpful front desk and staff! My hygienist was gentle and thorough providing caring comfort. The dentist was attentive, provides dental healthcare information and Dr. Sim was consciously compassionate when administering the numbing shot. Everyone listened to my patient concerns and I felt that Dr. Sim’s practice gave me the best dental experience, ever.
