Every time I call the office or or visit the office, it feels like I am a part of their family. They are always willing to do whatever they can to work with my schedule. Dr. Sim is not only a knowledgeable practitioner, but he is kind and takes the time to explain. He always gives options and explains what those options would mean and is respectful of your decision. Both my husband and I agree that this is the best dentist office and staff.
Just wanted to share my fantastic experience at Dr. Sims' office! Seriously, he's the best dentist I've ever been to-reminds me so much of my dad, who was also a dentist. The whole team was super friendly and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Sims clearly cares about his patients and making sure they're comfortable. I have been a patient with Dr.Sim since he took over the practice. He always gives top notch care with my many dental challenges. Today- I came in with severe pain, needed a root canal and he worked me in the same day so that I could be out of pain. The technicians are also fantastic!

My hygienist, Jen, always does an amazing job. Dr. Sim takes such great care to explain everything thoroughly. I really appreciate his more conservative approach - meaning I never leave his office feeling like I've been talked into a lot of dental work that might not actually be necessary. Also, I absolutely love the front desk staff. All across the board, I experienced great customer service!
