I have had three MIR at the ****************************** location. The first two, no issues except very over crowded on the second visit and the mask mandate was not reinforced. On my third visit, they placed me in an open *** which I never have. Extremely loud. Ear plugs were unless. I received a copy of my report during my neurology visit. The WORST customer service and medical ********************** company.They outsource the customer support offshore. I just spent over an hour on the phone and got nowhere. The people answering the phone don't know what to do. They say they will transfer to someone who can help and they hang up on you The last time we got an *** with contrast the tech poked about 20 times and could not get the needle in. Minus 1 On 5/13/22 I had a two week previously set apt for 12:50 pm. I got there place was over crowded, some not wearing masks. I waited for about 10 minutes as I was ordered to have 4 CT'S. THE WOMAN ASKS ME TO GO TO THE ******* SHE asks my name BDay and I told her I had to use the restroom. I also asked if she my ID. She said no. I have been to a different location at a different time so I thought she has all my data. I have an urgent lung CT that's been cancelled 3 times. I went online and did a half hour's worth of entering infor for them. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had Covid so now on limited income, budgeted for my $100 copay. Got to the desk- they want $250. After discussion, then their billing people SETTLED on $152????? Inappropriately exposed during visit. Note curtains Inappropriately exposed during visit. Note curtains in changing room where women and men change in the same room while exposed to public. What was even worse, there are also ZERO window coverings in the *** room so you are completely exposed to the public walking by during a breast exam. Appalling a simple fix is too difficult for office manager, *********. Every time i get a test done they asked me for a co-pay. I constantly have to keep looking at my insurance to see what my payment portion is. It happens that I'm always due for a refund and when I called them they always tell me my account is paid in full and no refund owed. I have to tell them that I see what my insurance paid and after going back and forth they find my REFUND. If I don't check or call I wouldn't get a refund back. They keep taking people's money.

I had an MRI @ SimonMed @ 94th and Thunderbird on 3/30/22. I called 2 days prior to my exam to check to make sure I had prior authorization from my insurance company and I did. When I arrived for my exam, I was told I had to pay $701.12 for my MRI. To be expected, I was not happy. I needed the exam and went ahead and paid the amount they "stated I owed." They scheduled me for an appointment at one location that they dont do a sniff test. So they called another one down the road from there said come on down we will get him. After 1 hour of waiting and people going ahead of me that came in after I asked how soon it would be? They told me that they put me down for a 12:15 appointment which was another hour wait.This is Unacceptable to tell your customer a couple minutes wait then you sit for 2 hours

I did an MRI more than two week ago in Simon One Imaging in ***********. I called before I went, I asked if they would send my MRI to my doctor? They said absolutely!!. I especially asked them and filled out all the forms while I was there for an MRI. They supposedly sent a copy to my neurologist (ordering physician).After more than 2 weeks, my Neurologist is still not getting it. I called at least 4 times; they make it so hard. Please dont go to this facility to do the Labs. They only want to make money. Anything phone call... read more
