I had an appointment for imaging at **** am. I showed up at **** and was told my appointment was canceled because they did not have insurance pre-authorization. I had confirmed with my insurance company that they had approved pre-authorization prior to my visit. I was treated very rudely and embarrassed in front of a room full of patients by the front desk person at the st. ****** ****** ******* location. When I called to speak with the supervisor I was given the runaround and with transferred from one person to the next never being allowed to speak with anyone in charge. I was actually transferred to the person at the front desk who was rude to me yesterday oh, today. And she was rude to me again today. They have a call center in ****** and the people working barely speak English. They couldn't answer any of my questions. Then we scheduled an MRI and someone who works there cancelled it. We will be using another company for our Imaging needs

My experience with ***** has been positive except fort the past 2+weeks. TODAY, I can't even give them a star.I have been rescheduled no less than 6x for one procedure in the past 2 weeks. I will go to any location as ***** will notice from my appointment history but ***** keeps cancelling and rescheduling me. I have indicated for the past 3 weeks I have to have back surgery very soon and would like to get this taken care of before my surgery. Guess what, that's not going to happen. Today, 5/10/22, I just received a **** for services rendered July 2021. I made a payment at the time of service that was requested by simonmed. I looked up my insurance and the claim was processed August of 2021. Today, I received a **** via email. It took them 9 months to **** me! Very poor business practice. I could of taken this **** off my taxes and now it is too late. So why does it take them 9 months to **** their customers? I have had other billing issues with this company. This company is collecting copay from Devoted customers when Devoted always paid **** in full. The amount varies from customers and in order to get their X-rays done the customers have to be charged a copay before receiving services. In my case they refused to issue a refund on my credit card because my previous insurance company has not paid a claim from 6 months ago. Today was the first time I heard about this. Simon Med is horrible, my appointment was over 2 hours late. They dont care about their customers. If you have any other choice for an X-ray, mri, go to the other place. Never go to Simon Med

They do no even deserve one star. My husband needed a prostate MRI which requires a special machine. They have sent us to 6 locations in the Phoenix area in 2 days and when we get to the locations were told they dont have the machine

Worst outsourcing for scheduling. Had appt , then had to go to another facility! The schedulers have no idea what they are doing. Im still getting text messages today from Simon med about a scheduled appt! I already had it yesterday! Awful company!
