I’m always treated with kindness, respect and professionalism every time I visit Dr Sitnik’s office.
Dr. Sitnik and his team are wonderful. I've been a patient for a number of years.
My hygienist, Jessie, was friendly, courteous and professional. She did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth. I've gone to Dr. Sitnik for a few years now and have never had a bad experience.
Entire staff has attention to detail, quality of services & complete review of treatment plan and cost. (Before finding them, I over paid thousands of dollars & problem was not resolved) Jesse the hygienist is the best I've had in Salem, not a doubt that my teeth were properly cleaned. Dr. Sitnik has knowledge & skill way beyond general dentistry, competent & caring. Treatment chairs are comfortable, updated air purification system. Staff's eyes & body language show their smiles, masks are worn. :)
Dr. Sitnik is not my dentist. I fractured my tooth and was told by my regular dentist that my tooth had a very large filling in it and it needed a crown. I was not questioning my regular dentists recommendation but wanted to know what crown materials other dentists were using and how they do the prep work. I inadvertently scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sitnik for an examination. When I arrived I received a consultation. Dr Sitnik is an incredible dentist: he is highly knowledgeable with regard to almost all aspects of dentistry. The implant he did for me is SO perfect that I am unable to tell it from my original teeth. He has great compassion for making procedures as painless as possible. I highly recommend him for his dedication to excellent dental work.
I was examined by my regular dentist and I was told that my fractured tooth had a large filling and a crown was needed to fix it. You have a lot of choices on the materials used to make a crown so I inadvertently scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sitnik for an examination to find out what crown materials Dr. Sitnik uses. I asked so many annoying questions and they were all answered in such a confident and informative way. I just had a great experience here in my last 3 visits that I would recommend this office to anyone.
This is a well- run office. Before Covid this office was exceptional. Expert dental care, and personable, kind customer service.
