i brung my toddler in with me this evening and they wouldnt even let me in the same sqaure as my baby to jump.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS TO SKYZONE!!!!!!! My daughter just attended a birthday there and called me to tell me that an employee there. Mr. Antwan... came up to her while she was jumping and told her she was overweight and that when she jumped he could hear the springs creeking. Is this what you think is acceptable skyzone!!!! Too many jumpers at once and too many rules. We have been to another jump park and Skyzone did not compare. Will not return.
The place was so packed and there was no where to jump as all the spots were taken. I definitely didn't pay $78 for the 4 of us to stand and wait 20 min of our 60 min to jump. The place should limit the amount of people to the limited spaces they have. We will not visit this location again.
Unacceptable to discriminate a child with special needs and that’s not something she can control. It’s not her fault. You should be ashamed and embarrassed and you owe them an apology. Saddens me that people are like this these days.
I am still disgusted by not letting a special needs child not have admittance due to being in a wheelchair. So I’ve had my reservations coming back here after the last bad experience I personally had. What makes this worse? Employees not paying attention in certain aspects of the facility. And making parents not feel like they should have their kids come anymore by now the employees are treating customers. Under the impression it would be limited people and as covid friendly as it could be for what it is.. walked in to chaos and some people without masks. Had to get a refund but they were really nice about it. Hopefully my son will be able to check it out some other time. Drove 45 mins for my sons 2nd birthday but I’m glad he didn’t realize what he missed out on.
Looks like if you do a google search this corporation is notorious for violating ADA regulations. Way to be vague on the website...you know...so people will still bring their handicapped children....I didnt bother to fix your spelling error...copied straight from the website.
