Your staff and facility need to be better trained and managed for children with special needs, also maybe a lesson in compassion. If your facility is not suited for a disabled child, you need to correct this discrimination, or simply state that. You let a mother pay for her child and then humiliated her and her eight year old because you could not meet requirements for all children to enjoy some free time. Absolutely disgusted at how a special needs child and her family were treated after being told she “isn’t allowed” because she is in a wheelchair.
SHAME ON YOU for kicking out a CHILD with SPECIAL NEEDS!! All children are EQUAL!! And parents should be able to help their children regardless of needs ESPECIALLY if they get a Parent Pass!!!
I am in utter dismay regarding how a special needs child and their mother were not allowed to jump together despite specifically inquiring about this. I hope this is rectified for the next child, but will never set foot in your facility again. You need to do better.

The practice of closing attractions or selling them for exclusive use of a party is unfair to people who have paid full price. I will be looking for alternative activities for my grandchildren now that I know we are not getting fair value for our ticket price.
