After seeing how poorly you treated some sweet, beautiful little girl in a wheelchair I will never go here. You should be ashamed of yourselves for discriminating her the way you did. The family PAID for her to get in. You clearly saw she was in a wheelchair at the check in yet said nothing. You happily took their money and then asked them to leave when you saw she needed assistance jumping. 😡😡😡😡
Do not discriminate against disabled children. They have the right to jump just as much as anyone else on those trampolines!!

It's 2020 FFS. Teach your staff to be more accommodating and compassionate. we've been several times, but due to the young woman who was kicked out with her beautiful daughter (who happened to be in a wheelchair) we will never be returning. I hope you learn from this and change your policies.
you discriminate against handicap children and made a small Child as well as her mother cry. their vacation was ruined as when they called they informed you the child was handicap and you said she could be accommodated. a learning experience for your staff for future references. How about a broken hearted child and her feeling.

If you can’t allow handicapped children to have fun, then you won’t get my business. I will continue to trash this business until you fix your policies. ALL children. Have a right to jump and have fun especially if they are with a parent. Shame on you for allowing this to happen in your business. Unfortunately this little girl will remember this day, and her mother I’m sure cried all day know her child couldn’t have fun like the other kids. Make a change!
