I took all my grandchildren to Sky Zone last Saturday. This was part of my Christmas present to all of them. When I was checking them in I told them I had 2 special needs children with me and pointed to them. They had absolutely no problem taking my money and giving us parent passes. We got Allie whom is in a wheel chair all organized and they even helped her up onto the wheel chair lift. So it was plain to see they knew our situation. Horrific experience! My 8 year old handicapped niece was not allowed to jump with her mother’s assistance - she was told to exit the trampolines “if she can’t walk or jump by herself!!!!!” I hope you enjoy ruining families and children’s spirits and breaking hearts. 💔😡😢 Watching parents help their toddlers jump, but Allie can’t have her mother help her. Shame on you!!! 0/10.
Apparently despite what your website claims, Sky Zone is NOT for everyone! Per at least this location, if you are in a wheelchair and unable to stand alone, you are unable to participate. However, we are going to knowingly let you pay, seeing your child is in a wheelchair, allow you to get the child up in the lift to the trampoline area, get on with assistance and then wait 5 minutes to say I’m sorry but the child shouldn’t have been allowed to come up in the first place?! My 8 year old daughter with cerebral palsy was not allowed to jump at your facility because she is not able to stand or walk on the trampolines on her own. Your staff saw my child in her wheelchair and allowed me to go through the entire process of preparing my child to jump (waivers, payment, putting on socks) It was absolutely clear that my child was disabled and would need assistance.
