Our total experience with Skyline was wonderful. Tracy, our rep, was so knowledgeable and professional. She made the whole process easy and seamless. We would highly recommend Tracy for your next project. Mike and Ken made the installation process so easy. The whole project start to finish was perfect. Love our new shades.

I had a great experience working with Skyline from meeting with Kelly, the designer, to installation with Martin. I'm really happy with how my window treatments turned out in my new home; they weren't cheap but I think they have an outsized positive impact on the aesthetics of my home relative to their cost. Skyline seems very committed to ensuring customers have a good experience so I feel confident that they'll do their best to help me out if any issues with my window treatments arise in the future.

We moved into a new house recently and although we knew needed coverings on ALL the windows, we really didn't have much idea of what. We scheduled a time to meet with Tracy at Skyline's showroom where we could visualize what we had seen on a screen in a real setting; and following some great collaboration with Tracy (and her impeccable design skills) in our house, all was accurately measured and quickly ordered. I loved working with Tracy at Skyline. She was so helpful and patient with me in picking out window treatments for my home reno. She has a great eye for design and worked with me to stay in budget and get beautiful shades. And Martin was so nice and professional when installing them. Everything came out perfectly!

Tracy, Designer, came out and spent time with us going through options for 2 sets of double doors with windows on each side that go floor to ceiling with windows on each side. I never felt pressured or rushed. Tracy spent and incredible amount of time with us explaining each option. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. We placed the order. I couldn't recommend Skyline enough for anyone looking for window treatments. The full process, end-to-end was a pleasure. We need a full overhaul of window treatments throughout our house: bedrooms, bathrooms, office, dining room - you name it. Kelly worked with us to understand our scope and needs, gave us great recommendations on products that fit our budget and style, and had a proposal to us within the same day of her visit. Tracy was so professional. She made a house call with samples in tow. She was very helpful in selecting the right fabrics for my blinds. She the followed up with order status and kept in touch. I would highly recommend working with Tracy.
