SDH has overall been a good company to build with, especially as a first-time homeowner. The houses aren't too elaborate but you can absolutely get a nice home, with good craftsmanship, and quality parts/fixtures/etc. The people have all been great to work with as well (Chris, Tiffanie, and updates throughout the building process was provided.
