Our experience was slightly different than most. It’s hard to give a solid 5 stars after all we’ve been through.
My wife and I are very happy with our new Smith-Douglas home. Sales and construction personnel were always a pleasure to work with and promptly responded to all inquiries. We hired a third party to do both a pre-drywall inspection and a final inspection. The Smith-Douglas builder very promptly addressed the few minor issues reported by the inspector. I love my home! It was long process but worth the wait! Mainly was waiting on the city/county but once that got straightened out, the process started moving along. Everyone that I encountered during the construction was awesome! Jeanette, helped me with my floor plan and options. Her advice and expertise was well appreciated. The construction manager, Travis, is amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure the quality of my home was within my standards. I am sure to enjoy my home for the years to come. I love it!
Smith Douglas Homes was Amazing to work with and made everything super easy for us which was a blessing since we moved from out of state!
They were very courteous and helpful. Victoria Weldon was telling me step by step and always reached out. We were always kept informed.
