House have issues and continues to have issues
Overall we love our house. We have run into a couple issues along the way. But we love the house itself.
It's a great build home and it's beautiful. The design and print are beautiful.

The entire process of buying my home in Tobacco Road was very smooth. Jim Coppola and Bobby Stenborg were professional, helpful, thorough and were the perfect representatives for Smith Douglas Builders. They also worked well with my realtor. Mia, post closing was attentive and thorough in her communication.
Although there were some hiccups toward the end, SDH worked with me to resolve the issues and get me in the home.
I would recommend Smith Douglas to family and, I have already recommended them to a friend. Very good value and experience.
Everything is fine but I have some issues with the flooring in the kitchen. They told me it had been fixed before closing but it was not. I have sent out an email but I have not gotten a response.
