I would definitely recommend Smith Douglas Homes - Atlanta to a friend. The process was very smooth and even though it was fast-paced, they explained everything to me. They were also very proficient throughout the experience.
These are mass produced homes that offer some opportunity to customize. The houses are not cookie cutter in that there's enough variety in the neighborhood. I do not like the centralized mailboxes; however, I do like the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.
As far as recommending Smith Douglas Homes - Alabama, I do recommend them, because when it comes to the square footage of the home, one does get their money's worth. As far as those who build the home, I do not recommend them.
I don't have a lot of friends that are looking for homes.
