Even though thr start date was delayed due to the city but new home specialist, contractor and contact with SDH have gone well.

We have had a bad experience with DR Horton and this was much better.
Mrs. Sally was the best about explaining what we needed to do. She help with questions we had and we could contact her anytime with her being exhausted from us.

We are so thankful for every member of the Smith Douglas team. Our community is coming together beautifully and we are so happy with our purchase! The process was smooth and practically stressless (which is insane, considering). We feel confident in our purchase and are excited to make it a home.
There is no ameneties, not even walk ways at longbrooke, which is really bad. The windows doesn't come with screens, no bathroom handles or towel hanger and unfortunately don't tell it during the sales.
My experience with Smith Douglas Homes was good at first, but the elevation that I chose, I was told, couldn't be the same as the house next to mine, although my house was two houses apart from the one with the same elevation. Then, a house in front of mine popped up months later with the same elevation as the one directly next to it. I feel as if I did not get what I wanted.
