I would highly recommend Smith Douglas homes you get an over and beyond professional experience and quality products. I love love love my home!
I originally gave them a 3 but changed it to a 4 b/c the home is built nicely and we love the floor plan, just minor workmanship details we discovered kinda left us dumb founded sort of speak. I mean, we paid a little over 400k for our home and for caulking to be as it is in some spots is just unacceptable to us.
They were professional.
Easy process, preferred lender is an excellent choice, good people involved, fair price for the market that we’re in. Our homes design is beautiful.
I had a great experience. The people seem to really care about your success and making sure that your needs are fulfilled.
I was always treated with respect and Lisa Matteson was always very accommodating when needing to inquire about anything.
