Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the people we interacted with. They were always professional, supportive and extremely responsive theough the building process. Where I think S & D fell short were in areas such as fencing and unreasonable restrictions that were passed on to the HOA. Had we known the full range of restrictions, we might have reconsidered but we were not given the full set of HOA requirements until our contract was completed.
