Well designed floorplan with adequate lighting, switches, and outlets for modern day living. A great value in a home. Slight build discrepancies but overall, a good home.

Smith Douglas Homes is a great company. For those first time home buyers, they make the process with their preferred lender, a very swift process and a very easy, user-friendly process. I do recommend Smith Douglas Homes to any of my friends, colleagues, co-workers.
I would recommend SDH to family and friends as I think they have a nice mix of home models to fit nearly all budgets and desired floor plans. The process is very easy and their staff- everyone from sales to the installers- are nice and helpful.
Overall, I would recommend working with Smith Douglas. I think it would help a new homeowner if there was a document that thoroughly explained what each one of the options meant.
