I like Smith Douglas Homes - Atlanta and the office personnel. However, the subcontractors did make mistakes.
They were attentive to my requests and responded to them in a timely manner!
Everything was exceptional. From first contact with Penny at the sales office to communications during the process from her and Chris during the build, they made what could have been a stressful process to one that was seamless and well informed.
It was a great experience. I love my new home.

Overall a ok experience but as an experienced home buyer, I believe there quality is good but they find a way to nickel & dime you for things that honestly should be included.
