My whole experience—start to finish—with Smith Douglas Homes was great. Paul and Wells made the sales and construction process very positive and stress free. I always knew the status of the build, both from email communication as well as the information in the portal. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing great or enticing about smith douglas

Smith Douglas did a great job from start to finish of guiding us through the homebuilding process. Everything was built on schedule and the punchlist was done in a timely fashion.
I think they do a fantastic job as far as building a home. This is our favorite home we have had so far. This is the fifth home we have owned and it is the best one so far.
The cost of the homes is over price
