Honestly, the build quality of the house is great. There are few things that I feel were cheaped out on like using pine straw instead of mulch (with exception of the model). There are no glaring issues with the build or builder. On the sales side, we had a pretty awful experience. Our sales person Ron pretty much ignored us throughout the build process. They provided good service and attention.
Great quality home,in depth explanations about warranties, appliances, walked me through the attic shoes me how to change the filter. Quick to fix any issues. Very professional.
Overall, they are good builders, but they should double-check their work before finalizing things.
