I would highly recommend Smith Douglas Homes - Raleiigh because of the quality of my home and the care we received after our purchase. They ensures that everything was in good working order. Our home has quality products and was well made. The salesperson, Penny Wuerst is an amazing person that saw to it that we had everything we needed. Our construction manager Chris is also a wonderful person that ensures that Our home was in good working order. So happy we purchased from Smith Douglas Homes - Raleigh.
They told me things would be done in and around the house, but they were not completed.
I would highly recommend Smith Douglas homes as they are quality built homes with excellent customer service and value! I am talking my sister into building one with Smith Douglas too!
Home was already built when purchased
I was pretty much sold on the neighboring subdivision, Brookhaven, but something told me to ride into the Pines at Ridgefield and I’m so glad I did. I was impressed with the homes already built, the space the homes had between them, and the character of each of them.

I know that not all communities are run by the same construction manager, but overall, the experience was good. I just have an issue with the construction manager that we have for our property.
Smith Douglas Homes is a wonderful home in general. The completed product had a few loose ends; the finishing touches were a little rough here and there, which we are working on. There were several faults, which is why I evaluated them and recommended them as three. I would have given them a higher rating if the issues had been resolved. There are several great features that come with the house.
Smith Douglas helped us to build a home that fills all of our needs and in a way that meets our design preferences, and was more affordable than purchasing a home that was on the realestate market.
