Overall the buying process was extremely stressful and I don't think the builder did enough to really alleviate that stress. I am still having issues even after the fact. They are attempting to be rectified but not to the degree that I would expect a builder would do. I built last year with Ryan Homes and I told people involved in the process that Ryan was very outgoing and made things right. I have only asked for the bare minimum throughout the process and even that was a struggle.
My experience with Smith Douglas - Lantern Pointe was amazing from the beginning. Christine and Joe did an amazing job and we feel so lucky to have had them guide us through the process of building our first home!
Sales people are very nice and easy to work with. Contractors are also very nice and knowledgeable.
I am likely to recommend Smith Douglas Homes to a friend because the builder, Stan, was an outstanding partner
