They were extremely reliable and they kept in communication every step of the way. They even kept in touch after the building process with a follow-up check-in. We are very satisfied with that. We can't complain. I would choose them if I had to do it again.

It's a nice home, but cuts corners when it comes to landscaping.
I moved to Georgia from NH. I wanted a smaller development so I could meet people, and everyone I have met so far has been very friendly.
April Watson, the sales adviser, was very helpful. She was there for my every need, making sure the process ran smooth.
Private comment on #1: Smith Douglas Homes are great. The salespeople were amazing. Connie helped me out completely. In the process of the walkthrough and from 8/31 to 9/8, the construction manager could have done more. There were issues that have not been fixed. There are problems with the refrigerator. It was Alicia and Connie working with me, two different parties, I think. Connie is actually the one that helped me with it. She was pretty amazing, pretty helpful, and responded to me in a quick and timely manner. Kudos to her, for sure.
They were very helpful through each phase of the process, and they always stayed in touch with me. I made many visits during the construction. If I had any questions, they would answer them right away and take care of any issues. I would especially like to recognize Jen in the office. She was very helpful, and she always got back to me in a very reasonable time with solutions. I would also like to recognize Trent who did a lot of the odds and ends things. He was very helpful too.
The construction of my home was very good. I have a well-built home. They did not cut any corners when it came to making sure my home was what I wanted or needed it to be.
