I really enjoy our house, however it upsets me that we went to go use our free paint/ b1g1 coupons and found that it actually expired in March, when we didnt even move into our house until the end of June. So that was a nice surprise when we went to go pay for our paint.

We closed on our house at the end of November 2016. We came in a little bitter due to negligence on another builder we were working with previously. We walked in the house and knew it was our home. We built from the ground up and the process went very smoothly. Tracey, the agent was the ABSOLUTE best!!! Bless her heart she had to deal with us..lol. The builder has also been very helpful anytime we have needed him. Creekside Village is in a prime location and we love it here!!!

From the start Brenda Noll at Cottages at Cassville Commons was awesome, everything went great. However, the builder was less than professional. Told me I'm not buying a maserati and thus isn't a custom home. I did upgrade a lot of finishings and they look great so to me this is my maserati my custom home. First got in and no hot water, doors would not close all the way, and there is paint on the floor and countertops. I've cleaned most of it except the powder room with the pedestal sink that it crooked and caulking looks like a 5 year old did it. So far the home is good but it would be nice for the money that I could report it's excellent. I love the floor plan, realtor, and so far the neighborhood.

Some complications during the whole construction process(which is to be expected). But all issues were addressed and closing was more than month ahead of schedule. Laurence at Tyson Woods was great during the whole process. John the builder was great and thorough during orientation and closing walkthroughs.
