Construction quality is not that good.
From the day I walked into the office everything has been awesome. Kim Shelton walked me through all I needed to do to purchase my home. From paperwork to home maintenance all has been thought of.

The builder gave us a fantastic deal, he accommodated our requests when applicable, we received a great value for our money , home is well built and sound .
Smith Douglas Homes was great. Scottie, the builder, is the best builder I have ever worked with.
The only issue I had, I ordered blinds for the property, and they did not put blinds on the door to the patio. I met with an agent, she said she would send a note to Connie Dean and Connie would get back to me; I have not heard from Connie yet, that was a month ago.

We originally said we would never purchase a new construction in a brand new neighborhood, but we are certainly satisfied with our decision to purchase a Smith Douglas home. The quality was a pleasant surprise to us and our home doesn't feel "thrown together". We would not hesitate to recommend Smith Douglas to friends and family.
