The process was very easy for us. Natalia listened to what we wanted and we found the perfect house for our family! If we had any questions, she was quick to get us an answer. She is still answering questions we have with a smile even after we have moved in.
Smith Douglas Homes did a really good job. There were some minor issues we had, but overall this is our first home we bought, and we are excited about it.
I was extremely satisfied with smith Douglas from looking at homes to we choose the model and now occupying it. Everything was done on time and with the highest quality. All the employees I dealt with wanted to make sure we were happy with our new home.

It is a great company. We are first time buyers and we are totally pleased with the process and the result.
We had been looking for a home for several years at this point. We moved due to employment relocation and found ourselves looking in the Raleigh, NC area. We toured several other new build communities but the value and customization options were far better in the Smith Douglas communities. I believe the home is sturdy, and as such, I had many possibilities for the house, but the salesperson did not allow us enough time to make our decisions. My salesperson did not adequately help or coach me on the options, we had to rush. The sales rep did not respond after the closing, and my real estate agent had to reach out to her. She did not send me information on the HOA. I did not get a closing gift either. I am unhappy with my representative. The option sheet is complicated, and I was not coached on my options.
We had a great experience from beginning to end with the whole Smith Douglas team, builders and customer service side. Grant kept us up to date on all phases of construction with photos and videos. Jordan explained all warranties, answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied with end result. Highly recommend!
The sales representative we worked with, Flo, was excellent.
