100% recommend buying a home from Smith Douglas, I would do it again!!
Disappointed in the drainage issues at Worley Preserve, and the incomplete messy landscaping. Pricing is definitely cheaper than most neighborhoods. However, it is quite clear that lower quality products were used to achieve the low prices.
The contact with the builder, after the sale, is not good.
Its a beautiful area and surroundings. Its cool. I give it 9/10.
Smith Douglas did a wonderful job with our home. They stayed on schedule and the quality is great. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.
Good price and location.
Overall my experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been better. I have gone through the house building process before and this did not live up to my experience previously. I’m very happy to now be in the house and take care of some things I’ve wanted from the beginning. The floor plan is great, but it’s definitely only a starter home. I won’t be living here forever.
Everything looks good. There were small things that haven't been taken care of.
They are an easy company to deal with, even with the problems that we've had. They've been very open to solving the problems.
