They made it pretty easy to move in. It was pretty simple.
We bought a new build, single family home at the end of 2023 (it was already completed). Everyone was very nice and listened to what we wanted while showing us houses. When we chose your house, they answered all of our questions and if we had concerns, they were quick to fix whatever the problem was. Would work with them again!
The staff is professional and goes out of their way to help all through the home buying process. The homes are well built and a great investment. It was a pleasure doing business with Smith Douglas Homes.

There was poor communication with the sales agent, but I was mostly satisfied with the deal I got. I've had the toilet leak, and I had to get it replaced, but thankfully I had the first year home warranty. The week after I moved in, the toilet had to be fixed and replaced. The HVAC was missing dampers and wasn't set up properly.
