Kim and Ethan have been excellent to work with and made things very easy for us as first time home buyers and as teachers with busy schedules. They were always upfront with us and made everything very clear so we knew exactly what was happening. They also took time to get to know us and what we wanted in order to help get exactly what we wanted out of our new home! I would highly recommend them to others!
There is room for improvement in everything. Generally speaking, there are things they need to look out for.
There were no suprises during the process which was very good. The complete process was acceptable.
They have really great build quality. They are easy to work with. The staff is really accessible and goes out of their way to make sure to get all of your questions and concerns addressed.
The builder I worked with was excellent.
