Wonderful steak: so soft & flavoursome; all the other courses were equally delicious & demonstrated creative flair. The staff's attentiveness was exactly at the right level, & we enjoyed the ambience created by the decor very much. Great wine menu too: lots of choice for wines by the glass. Delicious food however long waits
We went for my birthday dinner during the England match. We ordered the porterhouse and our waiter was lovely enough to suggest we go watch the match while we wait for it to be cooked. It does take 45 min to make. So be prepared to wait a while
Had an exceptionally pleasant supper. Bar staff and waiting staff were knowledgable and professional with a good sense of humour. Would definitely go back.
We went while the football was on, and watch the game in the basement. The food was really good. A special shout out for the steak! I was worried at that price, it might be a case of overcharging but it was worth every penny. The desert and starters were good too. Good wine list. Best steak in London by a country mile- superb food and service from all staff
