Really good lunch for family including 2 youngish children. Food was excellent and waiting staff looked after us brilliantly.

An ideal place for mates to have well cooked food in very attractive surroundings. 5 of us had a lovely lunch from 12.30 to 18.30. The conversation, wine and beer flowed. As one of our number said ‘It’s reassuringly expensive’.
A fantastic restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere. Excellent quality food with top quality steaks, a special word for the mac and cheese. Our evening was slightly spoilt by the waiter ordering the wrong steak on one of our choices so the mains were not served at the same time which was very disappointing for the price you pay. To be fair they refunded the cost of the main in question. Otherwise an excellent night would definitely go again

This was my first visit to Smith and Wollensky as a treat for my mum and I have to say it exceeded my (already high) expectations! The service was impeccable from the doorman to the waiters. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My mother and I both enjoyed the scallops starter and the USDA sirloin steak was the best steak I’ve ever had- absolutely delicious. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay for dessert as we were going to the theatre, however I will make a point of staying longer next time!... read more
