Food was incredible, but took an hour and a half to get mains out (We didn't order starters) which was incredibly frustrating

Fabulous choice of steaks, incredible service. Not for the faint-hearted when it comes to cost. The wine list is extensive but expensive... but then all restaurants of this standard usually are!

In my opinion, the premier steak restaurant in Europe. USDA Prime 28 day dry aged steak! The ambience, service and stylings are all exemplary. The general manager Nathan is a true ambassador for the restaurant, often making himself available to the patrons. I have even been given a tour of the kitchen and steak storage area. It is a phenomenal operation.
The London outpost of this famous US restaurant doesn't disappoint for what it is. The staff are welcoming and friendly; the menu is varied and the food is tasty. The ambience is also good. The wine list is very extensive but it is incredibly over priced. I have paid less or as much in 2 star Michelin restaurants. I making a bit of an issue out of this because I would have thought a restaurant of this calibre does not need to go this far in their mark up of wines. My partner and I went for a Thanksgiving lunch and overall we were pleased with the food. However, there were some issues with the dishes that were served as part of that celebration. Primarily the cranberry sauce, while we understand that the American version is entirely too sweet, what was served to us was entirely too tart and sharp, it completely unbalanced the flavors of the turkey and dressing.
