Very helpful and ost effective
Both sets of movers (Fort Wayne IN and Mason MI) were courteous, hard working and went above and beyond in accommodating our requests. They were efficient and friendly also!

Ocala, Fl and Broken Arrow, Ok
I have seen a lot of poor ratings but I gave you a try anyway. The first use in Ocala, Florida didn't go perfect but worked out in the end. They were a few hours late and didn't seem too experienced. However, they did get the job done.
In Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, The crew arrived on time and did great job. The foreman was excellent. They completed the job with time to spare.

Very Good Experience
I was VERY happy with the workers that came to load my POD- they were professional, on time, and everything stayed in its place during transport!!!
I was also pleased with the pricing and the level of communication.
The only thing that makes me give it a 9 instead of a 10, is that I did have some confusion about which company I was actually dealing with since jobs are contracted out. For example, I called Hire A Helper, who then got me in touch with SML, who then contracted out to the company that the men work for that did the job. Everything ended up great, I just think explaining how the contracting out process works would spare future customers any confusion.

Great service professionals!
Prompt, professionals that arrive on time, and take care of your property as if it's their own are always appreciated. Every experience I have had with SML has been this way. The movers have a hard job but they went at it with real enthusiasm. In addition to all of this, they were pleasant to be around, friendly and engaging. This is how customer service is supposed to be.

Great Experience
Mike and Brandon were on time, friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful with our belongings and very professional. Other companies have ghosted us during this moving process, but Simple Moving Labor was outstanding!

Amazing moving company!!
From start to finish, SML was friendly, patient, helpful and professional. We did a full service move from VA to AZ and I couldn’t recommend SML more highly. Will never use another company again!!

Excellent work and service
The movers arrived early and wasted no time in getting to work. They listened carefully to what I wanted done, and asked questions to ensure that we were on the same page. When things changed they were flexible and adjusted quickly. The crew worked steadily and tirelessly, not slacking or lagging. I had to ask them to slow down and catch their breath. In addition to their work ethic the crew were all polite and respectful to my wife and I and respectful of our home. They took care to gently move items that were fragile out of the way and to avoid touching items of deep religious significance. It was a great experience from start to finish and they even finished the job a little early. The value they provided was excellent.
