I'd hire them again! The people who came from SML - Simple Moving Labor get five stars. They were on time. They were efficient. They got the job done in a good amount of time. I have no complaints. It was a medium size amount of stuff, two bedrooms, a living area and a dining area. I recommend SML - Simple Moving Labor.
Just a great group of guy! They were strong! When we moved from Fort Wayne to Texas, we hired SML - Simple Moving Labor to help us load the rental truck. They were good and I would recommend them. They were strong, very strong. Stronger than my husband. They were pleasant to work with. We had a good experience working with SML - Simple Moving Labor.
On Time, Did A Good Job!
Pretty good service! Could use improvement in their communication! Should be more proactive! The part of the job involving moving us out of Chicago was good, but there was a bit of a snafu in Boston. We had it scheduled for Saturday afternoon, and they didn't keep us updated. We had to keep calling them even after the window of expected time passed to find out that no crew was available on Saturday. So, it got done on Sunday. Overall, the movers were pretty good and pretty consistent. I'd use SML - Simple Moving Labor again.... read more
Happy with the quality of service The movers were very professional and friendly in nature. They took good care of things while moving.
Movers were polite and helpful! Admin staff could use some customer service skills! We were very happy with the movers from SML - Simple Moving Labor. They had good communication skills and really helped us get ready for the cross-country move. On the other hand, whoever I dealt with on the phone was less than helpful. He was actually quite pushy and rude. This occurred after I hired the company for the job and was coordinating the time schedule. He gave us quite a hard time about how long his guys could work in a day becaus... read more
Well Done! SML - Simple Moving Labor were outstanding! They arrived on time and were fast! This was my first experience using this moving company, with the service being beyond expectations, I would use them again. Well done!
Excellent service A year ago we tried to hire a local moving company from Atlanta and it was a very frustrating experience. SML did exactly what their name says: an easy, stress free moving process. Both crews, from Atlanta and Athens, did their best in a very fast, clean way. Communication was great! They called us many times, before and during the moving day, to check if everything was right. I’d recommend SML without any trouble, based on my experience with them.
Everything went fine! Everything went fine when we hired SML - Simple Moving Labor. We didn't have any issues with them. If we had, I would have called. I recommend SML - Simple Moving Labor. They did a good job moving us.
