Excellent Experience This was our first time using this company and it won't be our last! Excellent communication and cooperation. The crews were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, careful, neat and worked quickly both loading and unloading. I highly recommend this company based on their performance and my experience with this move.
Expected more than brute strength Based on the marketing I expected tool availability, etc. The workers had none and when necessary, us d mine. This was not a problem as the job was done but, I believe you exaggerated your capabilities.
Great job by all Very glad I used SML to move my mother in law from a two bedroom fourplex into a 9th floor apartment in a different state. Loaders did a great job. On time. Worked efficiently and packed the truck masterfully. The original unloader had an unforeseen emergency the morning of the unload but SML was able to schedule a new crew the same day and they did a great job as well. Unloading Penske truck in Wyoming (Pennsylvania) My newly-graduated daughter moved herself from the college in North Carolina and depended completely on the professionalism of the Penske-recommended SML crew to get her into her new apartment; she was not disappointed and called me to say how pleased she was. Great communication skills, and very careful with loading and unloading! I recently used SML - Simple Moving Labor to load up my things into a truck in one state, and then unload them in another state. This was the first time I ever used them, and I was highly impressed by the great care they took loading and unloading my goods. Long-Distance Move Made Easy by SML Loaders I have moved many times. Most recently I hired SML - Simple Moving Labor for a long-distance move. The two gentlemen who came, John and one other, were excellent. They did a great job of loading my things. They did it better than what I would have done. I did most of the packing, but they did pack some things. The move took place during the mid-term elections and I had to go out of state to vote.
