My experience with Solis Mammography has been an absolute nightmare. Due to serious billing errors on their end, I was ultimately declined insurance coverage, and I have been trying--without success--to get this corrected for over 8 months. Terrible company. Worse customer service, I requested a call after my mammogram as the technician was very rough and was rude. I will not be returning to this office. I will request all my records to be sent to a new business. WOULD NOT suggest this business

CERO STARTS for this place. They did not send me the address of This place To remind me about my bone density. I arrived an hour early to have my bone dencidy done and The woman argue too much about my insurance, she was asking me if she can billed only to one?? She is asking me?? horrible Coustomer service with NONE knowloge at all, bad actitud, anybody from a fast food restaurant help you better that them. February of 2025, I went in to get a Mammogram and Bone Density here at this location. I was mistakenly charged almost $66.00. My insurance informed me they should not have charged me. After repeated calls to billing, I have been repeatedly put off and made to feel like I was bothering them. Many excuses and still my money not returned. Here we are July 30th. Solis is a great place to have your Mammo done but their billing department is horrible. I called I received a bill for $723.00 I am a billing supervisor and notice this was done correct . called their billing dept Peryourhealth the person I spoke did not know what he was talking about. I called BCBS Rep stated my out of pocket was $178.53 I got a referral and I have - in and out of network benefits.I wrote an appeal letter to there billing manager and never got a reply. Been in healthcare almost 15 years, and I would never EVER recommend Solis. I will spread the word at Honorhealth, Banner, and Dignity st Joes. The staff answering the phone is very rude, and makes things harder when they should know it's already hard enough having to get multiple biopsies done. They don't communicate well - in the beginning didn't let me know that they were waiting on a release form.. good thing I called. I have been coming here for a long time and have always had great service. Lately their billing practices have me not wanting to ever return. I had a mammogram scheduled in February of this year and because I am a breast cancer survivor I had to have some different type of tests. They called and quoted me over 300.00 and said my insurance did not cover those types of tests. I tried to tell them that it should only be a 50.00 copay and they disagreed. BE SURE to inquire about whether Solis is "in network" because THEY will not inform you. I have never been billed for preventative health services and just received an enormous bill. Trying to contact them via website was futile with no response. 2 days spent on hold until I finally spoke with someone who was of little help. This is the epitome of SCAM and they are raking in $$$ on the backs of unsuspecting patients. I will NEVER use their services again.

I do recommend this place , scheduled a mammogram screening and was denied the test because they need to make more money and do a ultrasound and a indepth mammogram. Maybe you should do the screening and then the ultrasound you can make more money . So much for womans health it's all about the money
