Been here a few times and was happy here with staff and front office . However, resolving any billing issues they created is impossible. They claim their billing has been "down" for months. Yeah right- they are operating a business with no billing staff to resolve issue yet they have no problem charging you without running it through insurance. Will find a more trustworthy provider for my next appointment. No one gets back to you when you call and speak to someone they say "they will message management "
I do not recommend going here, especially if you need to deal with the "billing department." I have been trying to get reimbursed for a mammogram since January and every time I have called, I get the runaround. I made the mistake of paying beforehand (at their request) and then my insurance ended up fully covering it. DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE!! Especially Customer care from Ashley!! Totally unprofessional and not at all concerned or caring with regard to patient information or the critical care. I have going to the offie in Chandler and came to this office for a quicker appt time only to be turned away after being undressed and waiting over an hour. unbelievably rude!!!! I will never go back here. first the technician kept calling me by my middle name because my first name is normally male and she just couldn't believe that was my name. then she grilled me about where my last scans were done and was really angry that I couldn't remember. final straw was her yelling at me because I didn't know when exactly my last period was (12 years ago wasn't a good enough answer for her). I've never been treated so rudely. don't go here!
Don't trust this provider! I just had two consecutive years with billing errors, personal responsibility total proposed to be in excess of $1150. Actual amount owed $0. Can't trust clinical side of this practice when they make such significant billing errors.
I came to Solis per my doctors orders because I continued to have breast pain following a treatment for Mastitis. While making the appointment i was insistently told I needed a mammogram, even though my doctor only order and felt necessary an ultrasound. Have been coming here for a long time, since it was Hansen-Benora. It used to be okay, but now it is "just for profit." When I checked in last year, using an iPad, I failed to notice that by default I was opted in for automatic scheduling. I did not see this so I didn't opt out, which I would have done if I had seen it. An appointment was set for me that I had no idea about and it wasn't even convenient. Had to call and cancel. I have gone to Solis for years and only go for Dr. Gentry who is an exceptional doc. I give her a 5. The Solis staff and company itself is awful and they deserve zero stars. They are not healers and can not understand when issues arise that are out of a humans understanding. As a provider myself the compassion you show others when going through rough times is part of the experience. Learn to be more flexible with your patients. I had my yearly mammogram screening last week, and got a call back asking me to come in for an additional diagnostic 3D mammogram and bilateral ultrasound as the previous photos weren't clear enough (I have dense breasts). Long story short, my insurance company told me that because I haven't met my yearly deductible, the entire procedure after discounting their fees, would cost me upwards of $450 out of pocket.
